I think they are doing great they do not have complaints coming from their users so far; they have two markets to target the gambling and the trading sectors.

So much depends on marketing stuff if it's new and you are the only one in the industry with this kind of concept then you will have a breakthrough but branding is important.

I noticed that the contact page is not visible on the homepage you can access it if you are logged in I hope they will include it or have a link on the home page even if you are not logged in it will help the visitors to communicate if they have something to ask about the platform.
