The German team were lucky to have equalized in the die minutes as the late goal made them maintain an unbeaten stand yet in the competition and also maintaining the top of the group although their next match may be a difficult game since Bayern Leverkusen's Jonathan Tah was suspended from their next game after getting a second yellow card in the competition for a very bad high foot challenge on Breel Embolo of Switzerland and Antonio Rüdiger may also lose out in their next game due to a thigh injury he sustained in the Switzerland game.
Italy and Croatia are to meet this night and the outcome of the game will determine which one of them would face Germany in the round of 16.
