It has to be from the payment processor as we haven't had any withdrawal or deposit transactions from the region of the user as I got informed he's a Nigerian but still we'll need the user ID for proper investigation to be done.
Since it's from the payment processor then I think you have nothing that you can do. In this case the user need to contact their security department and unblock the transaction. Good work anyway.

It is good that the Spinarium team restricted Nigerians from using their debit cards to deposit fiat on their platform since the Nigerian government instructed all the banks in Nigeria to close any accounts caught trading cryptocurrency. If I were you, I would choose other depositing options on the Spinarium platform to deposit funds into my account so that I would not get my personal bank account exposed or closed.
