Probably they did it intentionally to reduce the spam. Not only Bitwinup but a lot of platforms closed the support chat for visitors only. You won't be able to contact them if you are not logged in. The reason behind it is, if a player is logged in, the support agent can see his username and emails and they don't have to ask questions to check your profile.

Just imagine you are working on support and every time a customer comes to your support chat, you have to ask their username and email. If a user is already logged in, you can see his username. So it helps drop the workload. Not sure if Bitwinup did this for the same reason. I haven't tried their live support. I didn't even need it.

I also don't have issues with Bitwinup It is one of the platforms I played that is stress-free, depositing and withdrawing is a breeze but what I mean is a recommendation to post where to contact them like a link or a social media page or a link here in Bitcointalk, so visitors will know where to reach them before they sign up in case they want to ask something about the platform.

Whether its logged in or not, if there would really be some issues that been raised or been that complained about then it would really be that better if they would really be having such option.
Well, it would really be just that depending on how they would really be dealing up with things on which it would really be that depending on them whether they would really be having that kind of set up or not.
It would be impossible that there would really be having no contact page or links given considering that this business isnt something that would be that exempt on possible issues or any other platforms.
Whether its logged in or not then it would really be just that best that it would really be always that available because having with those kind of access or availability will really be giving out that kind of ease of mind.
