OP has a good case but I'm not buying that it will make Bitcointalk great again, I guess the title is just to evoke interest and debate, and so we are having it now.
I have no problem with that, The Altcoin board is good, and rules that stipulate that it should be NFT games just as you stated, or else it will just be moved in the off-topic.
If it's added here we'll see if it really will generate traffic and interest.
