Chelsea's squad is going to be very good and strong next season because Chelsea is signing new talented players and they are all young, currently, I think Chelsea is the best team that is signing players now, the remaining teams like Arsenal, Liverpool and some teams have never started, maybe they want the transfer window to be open and settled for the players that their contract will end at the end of the June, Chelsea is doing great by using another coach and it will be good if Manchester United do the same.
Didn't you see when Chelsea recruited a lot of players last season that those players didn't make any contribution to the team so you said that they were good at bringing in players? In my opinion, they still couldn't maximize the previous transfer market, so the players they brought in were transfers that in my opinion "failed".
I'm also not really sure that they will play well next season, not that I doubt them, but what they have experienced in the last few seasons makes me doubt it and they will also work with a new coach which coach may need quite a long time to make the team he handles show their best. But for now I can't say that they will be even better next season.
On the other hand, I hope they can improve, because if they can improve it will make the competition in the Premier League even more interesting and tighter because it is filled with many teams that are ready to provide competition.
