I think one of the things that are most effective for us is sometimes to stop playing if we see that it is consuming too much of our time and we stop doing priority activities, but personally I have always said that when we need to make a readjustment of our life, if we must restart, that means giving the game a stop to be able to reflect and not stop doing our priority things, in this type of things we must see that now the most important thing is our integral and mental health, if we see that the game consumes us of everything, as much money as many, laziness does not mean laziness as many see it, resting is giving us that time to reflect and that is what does good.

A gambler can be tagged a lazy person when he's not able to break free from spending too many times in gambling. Have never found it easy for a player to joggle both his gambling and work activities. Most gamblers are undergoing lots of dilemma on ways to control their excessive gambling habit, but to zero avail. As it's beyond their ability to quench the steadily occuring thoughts of participating in gambling. Most players could be able to end their gambling troubles themselves, yet not all can successfully do this without a helper. Your statement on the player's mental health is the first thought for every gambler to go into and avoid being affected mentally by gambling and related activities.
