Taking into account all these kinds of premises, it is very understandable that things are like this, but deep down there is no philanthropic millionaire who has created a casino where the house edge is 100% lower, and who always puts himself first so that the casino players win , I know that there are many people in the world who have an amount of money that they will never be able to spend in their life, if this is so, should they invent projects of this style to see how things would develop? I think there would be addicts to winning, and although it sounds very fanciful, well , it is something that I do not know if any of those millionaires would launch into such an adventure. Well, and the thing is, such casinos can never come, or exist, why? The reason is simple, men naturally are never satisfied with money, and it doesn't matter how much they have, millions, billions or even much more, they did still be looking for new projects they will invest in that will help them increase their networth.

Billionaires will rather donate money to orphanage homes, hospitals, schools, and other places, and or possibly launch their own charity organization or foundation through whhcn they can also solicit for support from other millionaires and billionaire to take different type of projects to different communities around the world.

I do not think any one of such people will ever decide to build a casino where players will always win due to the algo, but rather, they will build that casino to make more money for themselves.
