The referral is not always done for the purpose of benefits, or bonuses because personally I don't consider them so much. Sometimes, referrals are done simply because we care about the person and we want them to gamble in the place that is safe for them, where they will experience no problems with deposits and withdrawals and also have fast customer care service in case they have any other challenge unexpectedly.

Of a truth the referrals are not sometimes necessary but in some cases, the casino puts it up to reward their customers for referencing them to o other gamblers. Like I said initially experience too is in place which includes as you have said;

Most times, customer care service is what gambler look at because they are like the mouths piece of the members. Through them the team would hear the voice and complaint of the gamblers and expedite the process to making sure their problems are amicably resolved.
