Yes, and it is considered cheap, considering the 1M+ USD the last good example was sold for. This item is exceptionally rare.

Not sure, the issue is that whilst it is rare, there is not a huge cult of newspaper and magazine collectors.

Out of the small pool of collectors which there are most don't a) have the money for this pricetag b)if they did have the money, probably not invest so heavily.

There is no doubt the paper is rare and everything but its a tough sale.
