Joselu done very good decision as he accepted offer from the Qatar League club Al Garafa without any delay because this is currently second-best league in Gulf region after Saudi League and their offer was also very attractive because if he waits for any other offer maybe he lost this golden opportunity which give him good luxurious salary and playing opportunity with many other Spanish players are also involved in this league for the years specially we have Xavi Hernández as coach here as well.

Joselu which is right now 34 years old and were regular player for the Spanish side Espanyol which was relegated and then having loan spell here at the Real Madrid done good job which give him good opportunity to end his career on high note and big amount of money after playing in Qatar League with now after Mbappé arrival was not good sign for him to have enough playing time.

Joselu made this decision to earn some more money in Qatar since he is about to end his career. When Real Madrid couldn't hire Mbappe in the last season, Joselu was their hope as a forward and they got him on loan but he had to return to Espanyol while as you said Espanyol related in La Liga and playing for Espanyol couldn't be smart move for Joselu.
Since he is getting old, there are not many teams that want to hire a player at this age and that's why I think playing for Qatar to earn some more was a smart move.
