You made a very big mistake giving your seedphrase to a stranger even if the words was not arranged, it is still possible having the seedphrase for one to arrange it as many times as possible to get the correct arrangement. Even if you give someone incomplete word of your seedphrase it is still possible for the person try the best as to get the complete word to get access to your assets in your wallet, that is why it is always good never to exposed any word of your seed phrase.

Seedphrase is private and it will be so unwise to try people by giving them some of the words of the seedphrase to see if they can be able to have access to a wallet.
