I understand that you are a City fan? Because what you write looks like a City fan's dream. In fact, there is no alternation - Real wins the Champions League more often than other clubs. The others include City, they are no better in the Champions League than Liverpool or Chelsea.
And it is worth noting that both the results and City’s participation in European competitions are based on fraud. I hope the Premier League will complete what UEFA could not and City will be excluded from the competition.
