There is a big experience gap between Xavi and Hansi Flick. But Xavi did pretty good things despite that. He won a La Liga title once. Yeah maybe the previous season didn't go well but I can't just overlook his success anyway.
I believe in Xavi to be a really competent manager in time. He just needs to gain more experience with European teams if possible. I don't want him to waste his time with Qatari or Saudi Arabian teams. I know they would pay a lot more but this wouldn't be great for his career at the same time.

I watched Xavi Hernandez maybe for a couple seasons before retirement and I felt like knowing the DNA of the club, he would be another Josep Pep Guardiola.
He did have a great first season but wasn't able to win the La Liga, made the most out of his second season as he dominated both the Copa del Rey and also the La Liga Competition. I don't think he is at the level, or the same levels with Hansi Flick. Hansi Flick is tested, approved and trusted, though, Xavi Hernandez wasn't backed due to financial woes but then, I feel like Hansi would do much better. I'm tipping him to win Catalians the Champions League Competition in two to three years ahead.
Joao Felix still wants to play for Barcelona but the agreement with his home club, Atletico, is still unclear at this time. Meanwhile his status is as an Atletico player and perhaps everything will be determined when the transfer window ends on the final day. I think, however, Joao Felix is the player that Barcelona needs at the moment, but Barcelona also can't make up his mind because he is constrained by his permanent costs.
If only Barcelona were in their financial glory days they would definitely pay the transfer fee from Atletico and now only proper negotiations can save them from getting Joao Felix back. The love of players cannot even be expressed in words, so Barcelona must be able to do their best so that Joao Felix's path to the Blaugrana can go well. If in the end Joao Felix can't return to Barcelona, I think he will be very stressed about being back at Atletico starting next season.

They have Ferran Torres fighting to be retained and also for the spot, secondly would be Ansu Fati, he'll eith be returning or sent out on loan again or for a final move outta the club Barcelona so they can raise necessary funds for the vital players they want.
How about the move for Nico Williams to Barcelona? It's seems like they're much more interested in the move for this guy because he is far more creativity and young. He will obviously bring a whole lot into that Barcelona squad.
I would love Joào Felix back but, Barcelona doesn't have the finance to bring him back. How about the coach? I don't even know if he considers the player as an important part of his squad prior to the new season. I think these are the deciding factors if he can return or not.
