The management doesn't want to be blamed even though everything happens because they are impatient and always make quick decisions without thinking whether the future will affect the club or not. If it continues like this, Chelsea won't be as successful as in the past. They need to change their thinking to not be selfish and be a little patient with the process.

It was later I heard that he wasn't sacked base on performance of the team, he was sacked because he wanted to be in control on who goes in and out of the club, which Todd boehly and co has refused to listen to anyone else, and that is one of the reasons he sacked Thomas tuchel, which is very much wrong, because as a coach, he knows the kind of players he needs in his team, players that can easily implement his playing system, but the major problem here is that Todd boehly is just looking for a yes man, someone he can push around without getting any pushback from that person, which is very much wrong, and Chelsea will keep on struggling till the interference of Todd boehly and co is reduced to the small minimum.
