It looks like it will be difficult for Milan to sign Joshua Zirkzee, and I think there are 2 things that cause it. First, AC Milan has a limited budget, so it is assumed they will not be willing to trigger the release clause because there is an additional commission for representatives, which makes the total value higher. Second, Man United seems to have preceded AC Milan because there are rumors that there have been private discussions between Man United and Joshua Zirkzee's representative, and Man United are also willing to pay the release clause.

I read last week that Bologna has released a statement. And it said hey are unwilling to sell their player to their rival (AC Milan). But, they are very open to requests from non-Italian clubs. Even zirkzee has also stated , if he chooses manchester united to be his next destination to play.

Acmilan can't sign Zirkzee as a new striker from Bologna. It's caused by Bologna's statement to refuse any offer from a rivalm, and it forces Acmilan change its target made. They are now considering Alvaro Morata to replace Zirkzee.
