If they did not contact you directly that is a massive failure on their part and it is a perfect example of how the reputation of one company/organisation can be tarnished simply because of the way they are treating people that makes complaints about the service they have received. As you can see, they are posting here again with promotions to attract new customers but sadly they have opted to ignore you.
Additionally, I would like to point out that Seabet.io did not even contact me directly to inform me that they had decided to seize my funds. I had to discover this by reading about it on BitcoinTalk. They have not responded to my emails, and only after reaching out through live chat they refer me to BitcoinTalk post with explanation. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and unfair, further highlighting the need for a transparent resolution to this situation.
