Well, you've already added the first question I would have asked you which is about the ISP you are using, it could be problematic at times with no definitive suspicion to the issue, still, I urge you to observe it for more days to be able to conclude on it. The second question is whether you've tested the same internet connection and VPN on similar platforms like the casino. Because, at times, some programs behave differently on our gadgets in relation to some platforms, especially when we just upgraded them.

Lastly, you might want to contact your VPN provider and/or casino if the issue persists after several efforts to resolve it. I am sure they will have one or two to say. In my view though, I don't think casinos will deliberately slow down your VPN, they will rather warn you or block the account if they do not allow it.
