And those who don't have enough knowledge or experience can never reach that level themselves. Apart from academic education, if you cannot develop yourself skilled or experienced then that education has no value.

Nowadays there is a tendency among people to change their position all over the world. But among these some are able to improve their own condition and some are not. But they are wise and skillful, they easily change and improve their condition through their discretion. If we are very experienced and wise if we don't have money then this experience and knowledge will be of no use and even without money we will never be able to change our situation.
So the importance of money is immense in changing the position of life.
