Changing coaches is a normal phenomenon, it would seem even for Dortmund, which reached the Champions League final, but even they had to look for another coach.

The point I've made all along is that Bayern Munich have taken a gamble by appointing a new manager at a club where winning is good but losing is going to draw a lot of criticism. If the club performs well under the company then people will say as they say now that Bayern Munich always focus on recruiting good quality players and good quality managers. But if the performance is a little bad through this manager, then people will question the professionalism of Bayern Munich. But we can't underestimate the decision made by Bayern Munich, if he didn't have a lot of team management skills, then definitely Bayern Munich would not have hired him in the club, at least I have faith in Bayern Munich.
