Now Tuchel arrived at Bayern and managed to win the Bundesliga, but the following season when he didn't succeed he was fired, I honestly don't understand how this decision could be considered good, I don't see how Tuchel is wrong. In my opinion, Bayern's management made a big mistake by firing Tuchel and then hiring a new coach with no experience in the Bundesliga.

We can't compare Real Madrid's coach to Tuchel.
