Lukaku has been moving on loan for a couple of years now, i hope he can finally be sold now and move away from Chelsea for good, all these different loan moves hasn't helped his career, though i know it is due to his transfer fee and salary/wages. I don't know Lukaku's problem. But, I think it's his personality stopping him from playing well. Lukaku's performance is not that bad compared to when he played in EPL. I can't agree with you called him a player who is not wanted, but it's a mistake by the clubs that sold him at a non-sense price. Lukaku's performance is quite stagnant in Serie A, but i do agree he it's not even improving.

Lukaku's finishing is terrible to watch. He could be a beast striker if he is smart enough and can keep calm when executing the momentum to scored.

Lukaku had his golden journey under Conte at Inter Milan. He is keen to work with his former coach. Lukaku wants to join his daddy. No doubt it has motivated him to pushes the transfer to Napoli. As long as Napoli can fulfill chelsea's asking price or at least get closer to it. Then, lukaku is yours.
The problem is that Chelsea has dropped their interest in Osimhen. It's unlikely that Napoli is willing to pay near the 38 million that Chelsea wants. Napoli needs to find an alternative solution for this.
