It is easier said to convince the community than to allow huge amount of money leave the casino without you demanding for KYC when in the sense it is a rewards for winning games on platform. It is already captured in your terms of service that identity check would be required to access withdrawals and deposits which I believe if the amount of money is questionable or too big. I understand that your casino is a new one and would want to gain more traffic and customers but deceiving or tricking people into depositing and after that requesting for identity check makes no sense. Thank you for your contribution to this thread. We currently do not request for KYC and that is the fact. We may only engage in additional verification is the transaction goes to the threshold the may be suspected to be money laundering. However, we are working on other protections against money laundering and when that comes into effect in the coming days, we many change the tone of the T&C even though there is nowhere KYC is currently mentioned on the terms.

It is nice you are very much active here and I must commend you for that. As you can see, I do not see any where in your website where you clearly stated or mentioned about your licence which means you are likely operating illegally from wherever you are currently located. So for that reason, you are not supposed to mention about you requesting for Identity check pending when you present your licence as a fully authorised casino operating within your jurisdiction. You requesting for a identity verification check is as good as you not paying gamblers their money and telling them that their transactions are suspicious.
How do you suspect a money laundering when you too are not licenced to operate if I am not mistaken. Clear yourself first before requesting for KYC or identity check.
