The sticky threads are a great place to learn the dos and don'ts of the forum but most beginners usually skip the threads and create topics to ask questions about stuff that have already been answered in the sticky threads. So in my experience, newbies do not need new guides to teach them what to do on the forum because they simply would not read it.

If newbies are in need of guidelines, the forum has already sorted it out for them many times.
