That's for you, but how sure you that the Bundesliga will know that tough like others league? Just because you seeing some leagues are signing quality players, that's why you're underrate them. Signing of players is a matter of time those league that you mentioned earlier that are have signed a more quality players they only making their early preparation, and every team under Bundesliga also have plan of signing better players, but they don't rush everything is a gradually process.

Because they might a teams that they didn't even able reach up to claim the top 5 last season and they might bring a very big surprise next season, that's all about football not all the team we can underrate.
