In the market out there, there are really good players who can always help Barcelona become much better than they are currently but the challenge has been with Barcelona lacking the capacity to be able to afford these players, it's become a really big hitch on their progress to wanting to strengthen the team but lack the capacity to. The presence of Williams, tho will not guarantee victory in every game, but will definitely help them a lot, combined with collective efforts from other team mate, they would make a really good team who will be able to get them to winning and getting the season to be a better one on their side .

From what I see Barcelona does not have funds to buy big players that are outstanding in their performance but they want to get players that they can use to build the team for the future ahead of them and not to win trophies in the next two seasons. Maybe in the next three seasons, these players would have grown in experience and skills to give Barcelona the perfect team that they desire to have in order for them to be able to be rival to Real Madrid again and win some trophies.

Apart from that, I don't see any trophy that this their current squad can fetch for them in a short period of time. Williams is a good striker and I believe he will do better in Barcelona because he is one of the play makers in Bilbao. Catch them young for the future is what most clubs are doing because it is the best strategy of preparing ahead for success.
