I don’t think Napoli will regret selling Osimhen because he also have no interest in Napoli again, he wanted to experience pattern of play in other Leagues especially the EPL; but PSG is trying to make him their main target following the departure of Mbappe to Real Madrid.

On Lukaku’s performance in his last season, he did well towards the ending, but his performance depend on team and the coach managing him; therefore, I think Napoli can be a better place for Lukaku.

You don't expect Napoli not to want sell a striker that possesses the attacking strength qualities of Victor Osimhen for a low amount so I perfectly understand why the club is holding on their price tag if Victor Osimhen. We all saw Victor Osimhen's number of goals last two season of which he failed to replicate last season because of injuries but that doesn't mean that he's lost his attacking abilities. Paris Saint Germaine is reported to be very interested in signing Osimhen to the club this summer but the deal is yet to be finalized while Napoli are very much interested in replacing Victor Osimhen should he leave this summer with Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku who spent last season in the Italian Serie A with AS Roma.
Lukaku though is in his 30s but still possess what Napoli's new manager Antonio Conte wants in a striker which is why he wants to get him by all means. I will be happy to see Victor Osimhen join a club like Paris Saint Germaine while Romelu Lukaku reunites with Antonio Conte
