Kindly fuck off, that doesn't mean shit. Go suck their cocks elsewhere motherfucker

I don't understand nor acknowledge any word or explanation or kiss ass attempts from you barking on their behalf. Who put you in that position in the first place to defend them or claim the knowledge that you actually comprehend the fucking words coming out of your primitive brain. You have no idea what the fuck are you farting about. Do you understand (this is the only bonus they offer) when I fucking wager 2k bnb over 6 fucking years for one reason and one only nothing else as per their fucking offer and only promotion of which you wager to gain levels and increase that bonus of which it is the faucet level, rank and number of requests. I fucking wagered 2k bnb to reach that level 16 that grants you fixed faucet and 31 requests a day. Thats what their site is depending upon that's the only thing they have in value otherwise you won't find a single retard to even consider registration at that shit hole. Who put you a fucking lawyer in their shit behalf trying to fart so hard to explain and falsely claiming that it is mentioned in their ToS? Motherfucker I am considered VIP a high fucking roller I rank at the top of their top 3 games top place of their dice, slots and keno and my record is unbreakable. I've been promised that faucet and according to their whole promotion terms and actually existence of their fucking casino depends on that sole bonus. So do not fucking try to spread false shit, farting wrong explanation and false misinformation. Would I wager 2k bnb if only I've. Been promised that faucet level and rank with fixed number of requests. Whether I gamble win or lose tip or shove that faucet amount up your farting ass it is my decision to fucking make I fucking earned it 6 fucking years and 2k bnb wagering overall I fucking earned it and should've earned much much more for that wager amount. Why he fuck would you shove that butt between 2 daddies if you don't even get the idea of their fucking site existing as an online casino.

I suggest you go fuck yourself you have no idea what you're getting your butt into. douche fucking bag.

Either you have legal response and explanation of why they fucking breached their own terms and only promotion. A legal explanation or go fuck yourself to hell cocksucker you have no legal representation on their behalf.

I am still waiting for a valid explanation. None of them bitches of crypto games staff provided a valid statement or explanation of the scam they've committed against me.

Those bitches better reverse my deposit history to my last bnb withdrawal address immediately due to serious breach of their own terms infact they exposed themselves responding with incriminating evidence I expect my deposit history reversed if they seriously think of continuation of their shittiest online gambling experience and avoid serious criminal charges and termination of their gambling license.

Get the fuck out of my post.  Go suck their dicks elsewhere.

Again, this will be to reply you in general as you keep making consecutive posts that'll be quite confusing to quote them all.

Regarding how they didn't wrote it on their terms, I'll invite you to check their ToS page, as it's actually been explained quite clear. A link to a blog page [of which they also pointed to you] which explain them in depth were also present on that ToS clause.

I can't be exactly sure about how it works, but I'll assume that the faucet serves as a way to entertain yourself risk-free while you wait for your deposit to be processed and that they won't mind if part of the withdrawal you made has some fund from faucet on it, for example, you claimed 100 USD worth of faucet, deposited 200 USD, wagered 300 USD in total and won 500 USD, and then withdraw them. What they don't allow is for a withdrawal that's entirely made of faucet, for example you claimed 2,000 USD worth of faucet and requested them for withdrawal.

[The blog even explained in a bit more detail that even depositing for the sake of meeting the minimum withdrawal requirement from the fund you earned from faucet is not allowed.]

Consider this like a bonus on other casinos. They'll require you to wager the sum of the bonus x-times before you can withdraw them. I believe [and again, I can't be exactly sure, I am only guessing here] that's how their faucet works.

As for feeling being not respected, I'll once again suggest you to move to other casino. It's the simplest solution.

I am not defending them, I am simply pointing out their terms of service, one that you very unfortunately missed to understand and even more unfortunately, already agreed. You're entering a binding legal contract with them upon your agreement and using their service.

Given your background education [a Yale International Law] and your employment [Consultant of Cyber Forensic and Defense for your government], I believe you understand very well about the nature of the Terms of Service that you accepted. In case you missed the clause, though it's been pointed out twice, I'll post the screenshot of it again, as well as inviting you to read it yourself, section 16 [Funds], on their page.
