I dont know what you are talking about. I have been in the community for a year and I dont see any of that. I dont see people getting banned for asking questions. They might get timed out for being rude about it. But that's different. No? Also, you don't rent computing power. Its not a GPU rental service like what you would see from Clore, Vast.AI, or Render. You don't rent GPU rigs. You take control of the whole network and do whatever you want. You can run your own code. Also, the computing power isn't mostly in russia. It's everywhere. Its decentralized and anyone at any time can jump on the network no matter where you are. I think you just had a bad experience. But I've been there for a year and haven't experienced any of those issues.
