OP can find more alternatives to solve his problem. If the manager won't be able to help because it's not part of his job anymore, then he can't do anything about it, but at least he'll try. I've seen some campaign managers before who don't tolerate the bad behavior of a casino (i'm not referring to BC.GAME). For example, when there's a scam accusation against a casino with evidence presented and they don't respond, their operation becomes shady. In such cases, the manager takes the initiative to contact the casino, and if they still don't respond, the manager would stop working with them.
