One must always be stepping back. For your head as much as for your filthy wallet. You cannot pursue losses hoping for a magic recovery. That is a downward spiral, a fools's errand. You are going to change your perspective. It's about playing wise, responsibly, not about returning to even. It's about understanding the extent of loss you might suffer without it ruining your life. This is instinct for basic survival

Let us say, then, that you strike a win after having your ass kicked. That dopamine surge may be telling you to surf the wave, but hang back. Stop straight away. Take a break, damned. It resets your bankroll, but more significantly it resets your thinking. Though it sounds ridiculous, sometimes leaving when you're up is wiser than stretching your limit. It's about learning the game, not allowing it to rule you
Winning is great, right? The nicest sensation ever. But whats better than winning? Winning smart. Thats where most folks go wrong. They chase losses, thinking one great win will make up for it. Wrong. Loser's game. Smartest gamers know when to quit. They know when to leave. Whether up or down doesnt matter. They stick to their goal and dont get emotional. People, thats the key to success. Not just gambling, but life.

Mindset matters. Must be disciplined. You need control. Dont let games rule you. Winning is fantastic, but only temporarily. Do not let it affect your judgement. Use it to ponder, reassess, and make smart choices. You win large long-term that way. Next time you're up, pause. Celebrate your win without overdoing it. Consider your next move. Consider your objectives. Most importantly, consider your health. Because ultimately, that matters.
