Something common these days where casinos has some alternative links to serve their players who cant access the site with the original domain for various reasons (usually due to ISP blocks).
One more thing, if we look at the complete link on the image, it looks like referral link or maybe a tracking link so they can check how many people visit the site through the provided link.
It wont be a problem if it is a tracking link but it will against the forum rule if it is a referral link and he posts it many times in this forum.

The link we share is our tracking ID and it's included in the signature code too, we want to see if we'll be getting value for the money we're spending adverting on the forum and https://spinarium3.com is one of our mirrors.

The link is only posted on our ANN thread and not on other threads on the forum.

Alright, great you had to post it only in the ANN thread considering the forum rules. However, for me, the technique adopted is a welcome approach, using your mirrors' link in tracking the effectiveness of the advertising and engagements in terms of getting value. All inclusive, value is what Spiranum is surely gonna get as we are tactful to ensuring that, all things been equal.
