Well it depends on the approach though. Most people are already aware of the great risk in gambling before going so they have already know the ways to approach it like not taken as a get rich quick scheme and stuff , while some folks approach ain't right like gambling inorder to get rich quick, poor Risk management.

That's why those that normally gamble responsibly always know how to minimize their losses and same know the procedure to follow inorder to avoid being a gambling addict .

Agreed. By taking gambling as a hobby, a serious hobby at that, you will never get addicted to it, if you make decisions with a cool head and won't chase your losses before it's too late and you are in a downward spiral of deposit - loss - deposit. Discipline is key!

Jobless people who take gambling as their hobby will get addicted if they put more of their time in gambling. You can use gambling as a hobby when you don't gamble often maybe three times in a week and that should be done in your leisure time. If you don't have leisure time during the week, it means that you will not gamble because you don't see it as something important to you. Whoever does not have self control should not use gambling as an hobby, if not you will shoot your own foot and might find it difficult to heal the wound.
