Felt pretty good this morning. Did 2 sets of 50 back to back and it felt great. I think it’s easier for me to do 50 push-ups in a set now than it was to do 20 when I started. Probably could’ve pushed it to 60 easy enough but I’m trying to get somewhat rested so I can make another run at increasing my personal best set in the near future.
It's nice knowing that you can actually go 50 pushups twice really easy, it explains you have been hardworking and consistent, however I'm still at the range of 40 for the first set while the range of 30+ at second set. I crave having to make 50 or even 100 pushups in just one set, I know consistency is the only solution, and I'll try my best to keep up with the pushups.

In looking back at my own records, I see that for around my first 50 days of doing pushups I was largely stuck in the 30s and 40s per set and I slowly worked my way up to doing 50s per set pretty consistently (but not really until after the first 50 days), yet at the same time, I was also trying to maintain 5 pushup set per day, especially after my first 22 days of doing less than 5 sets per day.

Between about day 23 and day 122, I mostly did 5 pushup sets per day, but then between day 123 and day 152 I mostly dipped back down to doing 3 pushup set per day, yet after day 153 and until now I mostly built my way back up to 5 pushup sets or more per day, since I am also trying to work myself into being able to do 15 sets per day and 20 sets per day for when the BTC price reaches $85-$87k and $100k respectively.

I cannot imagine being able to accomplish 15 or 20 sets of pushups in a day (especially, if I want to try to get 40-60 pushups per set) without trying to build and maintain myself with quite a few pushups every day on a regular basis even doing more than 200 pushups per day and maybe even quite a few times of 250 or more pushups per day... yet I feel that there is no way I could have easily gotten up to these levels of pushups without both doing a lot of pushups and going through a lot of pain along the way.. ..some of the pain is muscle and joint pain and other parts of the pain is just getting worn out in terms of energy levels, yet most of the pain does not feel like injuries, but instead like a process of trying to build up stamina and quantity of pushups, and surely part of my own personal pain is likely somewhat based on my age and my own personal health conditions... and some health conditions are particular, yet may also be partly is based on age, too.

You're absolutely right mate, actually I could remember my first time of doing push ups OMG is like a hell I couldn't even do up to 10 push ups in a set reason is because I was not doing it properly that is why I easily get tired then, not until a friend of my thought me on how I'm going to position my hands. so from there I starting improving right now as I speak I was able to make 20 push ups in a set, I believe as time goes on I can be able to do up to 30 in a set. However I started this push ups challenge not quite Long, I have read so many threads about this push ups challenge so I personally made up my mind to also join the challenge reason is because I know is going to help me in some expect,  actually I must say this push ups challenge is amazing

Following on from my last post, I did just one set of fifteen then the next morning and another set. Mid morning I did three sets of fifteen making seventy-five push-ups since my previous report.

I then went out and got my annual flu shot in the arm.

Needless to say, my arm has objected to any kind of strenuous exercise and that night I must have slept on that side resulting in me waking up with a numb arm in the area surrounding the flu shot location.

I'll leave doing any sets for today and will see how I go tonight. On the plus side I was managing sets of fifteen pushups which (in theory lift me from sixty per day to seventy-five - but I might need to stop at that level for a few days now).

Surely several of us have had our plateau periods, and even maybe there are some times in which we might have to cut back a little bit in the quantities of pushups per set.

It sounds like you have been working through your sets pretty well, and sometimes it could be difficult to make any recommendation if you have seemed to have found a kind of regularity and balance that is working for you. 

Personally, I have found that that there have been several days in which I am pushing myself to do more pushups and more pushups per set that I make sure to set a timer between sets so that I don't wait too long between sets, so sometimes I end up being able to get more pushup sets in a day based on my having had made sure that I push myself to make sure that I don't wait too long between sets, so that earlier I would frequently have 2-4 hours between sets, but then if I push myself to do pushups 1 hour to 1.5 hours between sets, then I get through my 5 daily sets much quicker and sometimes I am able to then add a couple more sets in order to build myself more in terms of being able to get in more pushups in a day..and there does not seem to b4e much if any sacrifice (since I had worked up to those levels).  For you, it might be too soon to try to add any pushup sets or any pushups to your sets or even to reduce your time between sets, even though you seem to be monitoring those kinds of pushup dynamics.

#justsaying in the event that you happened to have had nudged in regards to ChocolateBitcoinK.

I have two reasons for my comment in regard to two ways that the ChocolateBitcoinK input is "wrong" as DJ Trump would say in a [insert meme here], and since you seem to enjoy the concept of puzzles, I will leave you or any other member who might take time to potentially read this with what believe to be a puzzle of two "issues" related to ChocolateBitcoinK.. not that it makes a whole hell of a lot of difference in the whole scheme of things and potentially larger problems in the world (another way of saying 1st world problems), and surely you are doing a great job with this whole thread, even if your time to time "nudges" might happen to come off as a wee bit moar less than perfect.... to the extent that perfection is even sought around here...    Wink
