Today is my 4th day, and I was able to do a total of 5 sets of push-ups today. It was a bit difficult for me, I had a hard time doing push-ups in a set of 5, but I did it. And my total push-ups today is 75, I never thought that I would be able to do 75 push-ups one day. It really helped me in many ways, my body is much healthier because of it. It's great that you are increasing your push ups every day. However, I think your muscles might be sore, you did too many push ups in 4 days. In the beginning I also felt muscle pain. If your muscles are not sore, then you continue to push up. Hopefully you will be able to do 100 push ups a day soon.

Bitcoin price has started to fall again. Bitcoin price is currently in the $61k range. However, I did 140 push ups yesterday.

I commend whoever that has the strength to increase its push up but don't advice any one who can't, to follow knowing fully well you can't because human strength differs , if you want to do beyond your strength it will look stressful but when you push up within your strength it make it more interesting to be carried out on regular basis without any felling of stress.
