In the past years, Manchester City did not performed well in their pre-season matches, but they always ended up winning the Premier League title. Chelsea is still a threat in the Premier League top-four race since we don't know how they will perform in the new Premier League season.

Hmm, I would really argue on that thought because Chelsea are really struggling to even cope at playing good football and now you are placing them at being league title contenders is just crazy because I know and am certain that when even this new league starts they are still going to struggle despite the change of coach and acquisitions of new players is still going to take long before they have that pressure and height that they Previous attained in the premier league.
