First things first, the poor can't get into cryptocurrencies be it Bitcoin or Solana, so none of the cryptocurrencies you mentioned or available in the market are for the poor since they can't buy them or even have access to them due to unavailability of necessary resources.

That being said, those who have money that is more than $10 can buy Bitcoin as well as Solana, so I don't see any reason why you would say that because Bitcoin is expensive, it's for the rich. One doesn't need to buy a whole Bitcoin if they want to hold some, you can start with as low as $10, or maybe less if an exchange allows you to make a swap that has a value less than $10, I said $10 because it's the standard price limit for most centralized exchanges.
