Since push-up exercise is centered on building our upper body parts, doing leg workouts is good, and it will help us gain lower body parts that can correspond with our upper body parts. I
If Pushup is actually done the right way it should also build leg muscles too but nevertheless it's still a little contribution which can be neglected so far the leg is structured a little , the main focus is extending your chest muscles, it can also speed up extend in rib cages I think ( no too sure about this but it's generally part of growth for boys/men)
