So, considering the above, don't you think it's better to stay with casinos where kyc is mandatory but you are sure you won't get scammed, than running away from kyc only to end up losing your money to scammers.
There are levels to KYC and not all casinos require users to submit documents... especially if the users aren't whales or suspicious. So it differs between platforms and can't be generalized.
However, I don't believe the KYC-free casinos will be free forever, in my experience they will ask for KYC at some point, so you're basically risking yourself for scam casinos and if you're lucky and find legit KYC-free casinos, you'll account will be limited at some point if you don't do KYC.
Just stick with the highly reputable casinos. There are many of them and some only require KYC Level 0.
Of course, such a criterion as the presence or absence of verification under the KYC procedure in any casino does not mean at all that in the event of a big win and money is withdrawn to your account, you will not be asked to undergo KYC not in a simplified form, but in a more complex one.
This can be said to be such an unexpected “gift”, which for many players can completely destroy all the positive emotions from winning. And this “gift” can be expected from any casino, even from one that, as a marketing technique, advertises that this casino does not require KYC and the player can play while remaining completely anonymous. Alas, all this does not work in the case of super luck and a big win by the player.
And this can be a reason to completely ruin the mood after a big win for that player who, due to individual reasons, cannot reveal his identity to any casino.
