I think all gamblers must have experienced emotional gambling by doubling their bets both when they lose and when they win. Maybe this is a common thing because with this we can learn from our mistakes, especially emotional mistakes that make us suffer big losses in gambling.

When I first started gambling, I often gambled emotionally, but after learning a lot from my own experience and others on this forum, I was able to gamble well, and even when emotions arise, I was able to control them. The key is to often read gambling advice from other gamblers because it will change our mindset when gambling, or at least we can control ourselves when our gambling is not going well.

For me, the best way to win the battle as you said is to often read advice from other people's experiences because we will automatically remember them when gambling, so we can enjoy gambling. My personal experience is like that, there are many ways to win such a battle, it all depends on each person, which way is effective for you.

It's great to hear you improving upon your own actions. While I agree with the fact that listening to other, more experienced gamblers can help, your own mistakes or good actions will make even bigger wonders in the long run. There won't be an omelet if you don't break some eggs.
