I tried to look them up on BitList but I could not. It seems the website does not function well with out Java Script. Mind sharing a few names of such Cards if you can?

BitList labels SolCard and Stealths as KYC-free. However, while Stealths indeed unequivocally provides that they do not require any kind of verification from their customers, SolCard does.

In short, SolCard isn't KYC-free. As per their terms and conditions, "KYC required depends on the card type." I don't take this as KYC may or may not be required depending on the type of card; I understand this as everybody will have to provide personal information. Which particular information depends on the type of card.
