That's why it's very important to always withdraw 80 percent of what you have in your bank account if you are a gambler because as long as those funds are in your bank account you are bound to lose them when you start losing your bets..I learnt this after losing so much money chasing my losses..this is actually a good way to restrict and yourself in check, .. whether you have a limited budget or not discipline is very important
