I heard back from the higher staff of BC, and they assured me that they've pressed their staff to handle your case in a more attentive way.

Just to clarify, from what I understand --though I probably understand things wrongly, hence the clarification-- from my attempt to get this resolved by reaching to several BC staffs and got their answer, the VIP host assigned to you were in active communication with you? So they're not in total silence as the four scenarios above suggested. Or do I understand what they conveyed to me wrongly?

Then I wrongly understand, and I apologize for that, though I can assure you that in case they're yet to be in touch with you, your VIP host will be in touch with you.

I seek clarification from you because I got an impression from one staff that as far as they know your VIP host is in touch with you, while the message I got from the higher staff [as I said on the paragraph above the clarification request] explained to me that they're urging your VIP host to address your situation.

I've been assured that your case is rather complicated and related to a lot of issues. I believe what Woodie said held a lot of truth, that their VIP host assigned to you [perhaps, from what I may wildly imagine from the [higher] staff's reply, they even have a team assigned to tackle and get to the bottom of your case] were trying to understand things.

I've been assured by the upper level that they'll press their team to get to the bottom of your situation, and I give you my word that I'll dilligently be in touch with that staff, asking for follow ups every now and then until I can get this case locked and marked resolved, whatever outcome it come with.

What I ask from you [and other members overseeing this thread, if that's not too much] is to be a bit more patient while I exhaust my attempt of resolution and refrain from escalating the situation with whatever those are that happen from the last time I wrote my post to this one.

I'm really trying here, and I humbly expect to get some help and support, if not working in tandem with me de-escalating the situation, please at least try not to provoke and make things more heated.

No it quite literally is not. I am a computer guy, I understand every aspect of the TOS of the casino. They're holding off waiting for me to bet and lose some/all. Do you want to know what's funny? I've gotten confirmation from some high up affiliates on their site that I'm friends with that they're going around calling me a multi accounter and also a self-affiliate exploiting the rewards system. That is what they are telling people in secret. The truth is I am not a multi accounter whatsoever, and I never even used an affiliate code when signing up for the website. Complete bullshit. There is no issue. I've thought very logistically about all of it. They need to release my fucking money for withdrawal.
