I've got and read them carefully. I prefer to address things publicly to maintain transparency as best as I can, as far as the condition fits. Thus, without revealing what you wrote to me in PM, I can only say that I've read them and put them into my consideration as a fact from your side.

The only thing I can say right now as a response to the PM is that I'll reassure you that I will try to pursue my BC contact get to the bottom of this case, obviously not telling them what you wrote to me as I believe it's better kept between us, to ensure that the case treated fairly and objectively by hearing from both sides.

I am asking for some patience while I try to poke them every now and then until we can get a significant development.

As I previously mentioned, and if I may remind us all, the one I am reaching is on a rather higher ups. As such, their plate is almost always full and I'll get response in a significantly slower and longer timespan compared to if I reach to my regular contact. But I believe this one will fits better to get this case done as they'll have more authority to maneuver inter-departmentally, ordering people around, and bypassing queues.
