I can understand why someone might have trouble with this. The paper quality is probably not good enough to withstand something abrasive to remove whatever is covering the key. Thas affirmative. this is it . not only the paper quality issue. i have seen really worse paper quality. the major issue with this paper note .: scrath off label . too soft ., greasy , try to redeem this bill using a coin, dime, cent. and let us know the result
