As Darker45 in a previous post says, it is some mass production of small exchanges. It is obvious that someone made a cheap script, and connected it with an API to a more serious service, and now we have an influx of such services. Even if they would like to improve the AML part, they cannot do anything because everything depends on their provider. They ^{Swapper WS} are only resellers.

I hope you're not serious when you write this. Because for us, this is serious business.
