Man from live support told me that i have an issue with one of my document. But he refused to tell me which one. The problem is that it can't be my passport or proof of my address. Because my proof document was from the bank as well
You have to cross check the documents first and figure out the one that you think that might be the issue, secondly, in support team they have different people that attend to clients and if the one attending to you is break, you have to start your explanations at fresh for the new person, or you can plead to the team in person and send your documents directly to the team personnel that's in charge at that moment.

What a load of crap. They never even specified the actual reasons as to why your account is suddenly ineligible for KYC verification which just goes to show how unreliable and shady this site truly is.
Except that he/she did not ask the team properly the reason while is ineligible for KYC verification, before a platform restrict their client not verify it's account, I think that their is something wrong else were, but is unbelievable that a customer will be restricted for KYC verification...but for it's respond above, it says that it has uploaded the document and the support team responded that one of the credential is not supported, so base on that note I think it has be eligible for KYC verification.
