you mean Barcelona used to have money because we all know about their current financial status or mybe that's jsut a typos but that's upto you actually... I don't really know why xavi was Xavi was stopped but i don't really rhink it's because of what you just said "spend too much money".. Xavi knew the situation Barca was into and the only he could do was to bring in academy players to fit into some paces after there was so much injury so i would disagree with that although i'm not sure what happened.
