I think it was a general thing, about days ago the market was down, and even Bitcoin experienced it's own share of the dip likewise every other coins that follows it's trend, it gave investors an opportunity to accumulate more coins to their portfolio and if the OP had bought more BTC or even ETH I think there won't be anything to worry about, Ethereum is the next coin to Bitcoin and why I like it is that it's beneficial to both long and short term investors and anyone Hodling it currently is on the right track since the price would definitely go high again. What I have to say to the OP is that he shouldn't be discouraged by the dip of the ETH he's holding on his portfolio but rather accumulate more at any given opportunity, ETH is not a pump and dump coin and since it's moving with the trend of Bitcoin he'll definitely recover his lose with time.
