If the review per account takes that much time, then hire more programners if need be, just make sure your customers don't wait (at most) more than a day to have their funds withdrawal request either processed or rejected, what if the customer needed the money for something very urgent?

Played in this casino few deposits and few withdrawals without significant issue, as far as I remember this casino do manual check for all withdrawal (no instant withdrawal).
Waiting for withdrawal is annoying, no doubt about it but nothing we cant do as players except being patient while waiting for it.
It seems that this casino is managed by a team with 2-3 persons only so it may take longer time for such withdrawal review.
I cant really see how much is the withdawal requested by above user, but I dont think it is a big amount so I think it should not take more than 2x24h for reviewing.
